It starts with the little things

Strength doesn't leave all at once. It sneaks out quietly, like the reading glasses that were on your head the whole time.

First you take the stairs a little slower. Then you ask someone else to carry the heavy bag. Then you catch yourself planning your day around what you'd rather not have to do. It's easy to tell yourself that's just getting older.

But somewhere in the back of your mind, a quieter worry has moved in — and it sounds a lot like this:

I don't know which exercises are safe for me.

I'm afraid I'll hurt myself.

I don't want to be the oldest one in the room.

I've tried before and it never stuck.

Those aren't excuses. They're honest. And most fitness advice out there was never written with you in mind, it was written for people half your age with none of your questions.

You deserve something built for you.

Stay strong enough to keep doing it yourself

Get up and go

Out of bed, out of the chair, and up the stairs without planning every move like a chess match.

Stay steady on your feet

Better balance means walking with confidence instead of caution.

Keep your life

Carry your own groceries. Pick up your grandkids. Travel. Stay in your own home.

Hi, I'm Meghan. I've got you.

Every week I hear the same thing: "I wish I'd started sooner." And right behind it, "I didn't think this was for someone like me."

So let me be clear. It is. I've spent years coaching women exactly where you are — nervous, out of practice, sure they're too old or too far gone. They weren't. Not one of them.

My job is to meet you where you're starting, keep every move safe for your body, and make it something you actually look forward to. No shouting, no impossible poses, no judgment. Just steady progress you can feel in your everyday life.

You don't have to be brave. You don't have to be fit. You just have to show up.

Women just like you, already doing it

One session changed my life. At 79, I went from intimidated to strong and toned, and now I'm lifting suitcases for people younger than me! Two years in and I still love every session.

Thank goodness I started training before my knee replacement! I felt stronger and more confident, and I recovered WAY quicker than my Physical Therapist and surgeon thought I would!

3

Get strong together

You'll have a coach who knows where you're starting from and a group of women cheering you on. Show up, laugh a little, and watch everyday life get easier.

You took care of everyone. Keep taking care of you.

You want to stay strong enough to keep living life your own way — to open your own jars, get down on the floor with the grandkids and back up again, say yes to the trip, and stay in the home you love. That doesn't take a miracle. It takes showing up a few times a week, with a plan built for your body and people who've got your back. Do that, and you stay the mom your kids call for advice, not the one they worry about.

Questions? We've heard them all

No. Most women start right where you are. The whole point is to build strength, not to already have it.

Our members are in their 60s, 70s, and 80s and even 90s. One started at 79 and is still going two years later.

Every workout is built for women 65+, and you can adjust any move to fit your body. Check with your doctor before starting any new exercise program.

All you need is a few items you can find in your home - a sturdy chair, wall or countertop. As you progress you can add resistance with canned food, light weights and bands. To start you don't need anything extra!

Watch the replay whenever it works for you.

Classes are on Zoom. If you can click a link in an email, you're all set. And if you get stuck, we'll help you.

Your first class is Tuesday.

You're not too late. You just need to start.
